Ordering process was good. and Hitch arrived within a few days. Went to install Hitch on the weekend and discovered that one of the mounting brackets was bent on the side, either from shipping damage or from factory. The mounting holes would not line up. Used a long pry bar to bend back into position, and installation went fine from then on. Not really a big deal, but would have preferred for the hitch to show up ready to install and have all the holes line up.

I was looking to start towing with my vehicle. I was amazed at the prices with local retailers such as Canadian tire. I decided to look online and I stumbled across HitchWeb. Great service at a great price. I was quoted $900 + taxes by the dealer for a hitch with installation. I paid $294 inc taxes and fitted it myself in less than 2 hours..... Oh, and postage was free. The parcel arrived within 3 days !!

WOW, Quick, easy and painless. Not only did I save hours of time not having to drive around to find what I needed it was waaaay cheaper. I had the unit before I even got the tracking notice. I also ordered the wiring harness, thinking Hey! It doesn't have a hitch, so I must need the harness too, right? Wrong!. Hopefully I can return it, but my bad if I cant.
