A couple of hiccups but great recovery. I ordered a Curt hitch and wiring package for a 2016 Honda Pilot. Both items fit perfectly and install was straight forward. I am confident that the hitch can pull way more than the Honda can. A nice piece of kit! There seemed to be a little confusion about inventory locations and delivery times and it took a few emails to get things sorted but the customer service representative was very prompt, courteous and apologetic. All's well that ends well.
