Ordered a hitch for a 2016 Toyota sienna. The little tabs took a bit to work around. But once you get it around. It bolted right in.

Excellent and prompt service. Tow hitch arrived promptly, and fit perfectly. My mistake in ordering the tow wiring for the wrong vehicle year was then quickly corrected with one phone call, and they then sent the correct wiring pack at no extra charge! Wiring instructions were fairly well written and easy to follow. No hesitation in fully recommending this company's products and services.

Website needs a little work, not as easy to navigate as I would like. Products arrived within 48 hours.Hitch went on very easily. Wiring instructions needed to be clearer, but was still able to get the job done.
