I made a mistake ordering the harness. Ordered the harness for a 2010 model versus 2016. The customer service representative was very helpful in processing an exchange. And as a courtesy waived off the restocking fee as well. A good experience overall.

This is a great website. They had everything I needed for my van all in one place. The prices were reasonable and the fit on my van was perfect. I even ordered the wiring harness which the mechanic said was the simplest he is ever put on.

Good service and product range - needs a bit more info on installation. Delivery time was good, good website features for finding the right products. Prices were very competitive as well. The only thing I would add is that I wish I had been told that I would have to tap (i.e. re-thread) the weld nuts in order to install it. I probably should have guessed that, but it was my first time installing a new hitch on an old vehicle. A heads-up would have saved me time installing.
