Hitch and wiring harness for my 2013 CRV arrived as promised. Installed the harness myself with no issues. Had to get my mechanic to help with the drawtite hitch installation due to rusty bolt holes in the car frame. All in all, saved over $500 compared to the Honda hitch and the drawtite works and looks just as good.

Product showed up in great condition and short delivery time. Wiring assembly was missing the factory fuse for my vehicle, but I had a spare anyway.

Our experience with Hitchweb was top-notch. The price was the best we could find and we got a 10% discount on the hitch by entering the coupon code. Two days after we ordered, they emailed us saying the wiring and pin kits couldn't be shipped with the hitch because they were in a different warehouse. So they upgraded both items and did not charge us the extra $60. We placed the order on a Saturday and all parts arrived Thursday, in perfect condition.

I ordered my hitch on a Wednesday and it arrived on a Friday. Hitchweb had the best prices that I could find, and had the proper wiring harness for my vehicle. That way, I didn't have to look for it somewhere else.
