Ordering and delivery were fine. Unfortunately, i ordered model CURT Model 13494 for my 2020 Outback based on the picture on your website. The picture is actually model 13437 which I was expecting as it is an easier installation process as only a small lower rear panel needs to be removed rather than the entire rear bumper and cover. The installation cost is about double for the 13494 and since i needed a hitch i did not have time to exchange it for the one i wanted. The hitch works fine, but i suggest you insure you have the correct pictures for the various hitches on the website. If i had taken the time to cross reference to the CURT site i would have picked up the error with you wrong pictures. Aside from that annoyance, i was satisfied with the purchase. The CS response by email was quick so that is a positive.

Ordered 3 in stock hitches and 3 wiring harnesses. Unfortunately 1 hitch was not available so I chose another brand that was in stock. Got a call later it also wasnt available. Got the rest of the order quick however when installing one of the other hitches it appears to have been bent at some point had to get it straightened.

hi, i received my hitch promptly but i don't have the fastener kit,and i was in the impression that it would be included with the hitch since my vehicule(subaru crosstrek 2018 )need that kit to be able to install the hitch ,you should at least put a note to inform your custumers about this issue. nonetheless i am very satified with the quality of the hitch(drawtite).

I had an issue in the check-out level of your website; but the system would not reveal what error needed correction, and would not let me proceed to a payment screen.I tried live chat who recommended I call an 800 number for service. The agent who I reached provided superb customer service and my order arrived in only 2 business days.

Good Hitch, good delay and good vid?o for my v?hicule Subaru Forester! But on the other hand, I had to watch a video elsewhere for the electric son, since the video concerned the outback which is different from the forester for the location of the connector.

Delivered what I ordered fast. Got one chip on the hitch as the box was a bit big and let the hitch slide around inside which beat up the box, but that's more the shipping guys tossing it around.

Just the fact that the day after I ordered they came back and said the wiring harness was not available. After I OK'ed the switch they came back and said that the ball mount was was out of stock and would I accept another. OK I will. (for the record the original ball mount that was recommended for my SUV was way too big of a drop, the one they substituted is also too much drop for my application. I will have to return it and get another one at more expense.) Other than that, service was quick I had the shipment within 3 days of final order.

The order arrived fast and everything fit perfectly. It's the first trailer hitch I've ever installed but the instructions made it easy. Only problem was there was no double sided tape in the wiring box so I had to find some of my own tape to fasten the wiring module.

Just great! Amazing prices, amazing customer service. I had to change one item in my order (to a slightly more expensive one) after I placed the order. They didn't even charge me the difference. Received all items promptly in two different packages. Only drawback (I guess it's not hitchweb's fault) is that the free shipping in Canada does not apply when shipping to the Maritimes.

The hitch and associated wiring that I ordered arrived in less than 2 full days. GREAT. The hitch installation went much as was explained in the installation instructions, but you DEFINITELY need two people, and an extra high lifting jack to lift the hitch and hold it in position while you connect the nuts to the bolts.(and you must feed the fish wires attached to the bolts through the bolt holes in the hitch before the hitch is jacked up tight to the Subaru frame) I also cut two holes in the heat shield for the installation bolts as I thought it important to have the shield in place rather than discard it. HOWEVER - the wiring was another matter. Maybe because my 2016 Subaru Forester was the TOURING model the wiring was nowhere near where the instructions indicated. After removing the parts indicated in the instructions, i had to remove the plastic panel in front of the rear bumper then remove screws holding msc. attachments which held the REAR of the plastic panel above the wheel on the rear driver's side. (you only need to pull back the REAR of that panel) , the wiring connecter was found behind the middle rear of this panel, and secured with a couple wraps of thin blue tape around it. The trailer wiring connecter was then plugged into this connecter - it appeared that its only reason to be was to make it easy to hook up trailer wiring. Rather than drilling a hole in the body for the ground wire, I removed the 10 mm bolt holding the screw hold- down for the tie-down which was removed in order to access the wiring connecter. I then installed the ground wire on that 10 mm bolt and replaced it. I then replaced all the parts taken off previously. I suggest these alternate instructions if anyone is wiring up this model of Subaru. They would have saved me a lot of frustration.

I just bought my trailer hitch and wiring on Saturday on-line and the whole package arrived FEDEX by lunch time Tuesday, Man it was FAST!!! I opened the package and all the parts including instructions were all there, I will install the hitch into my 2015 Subaru Forester this weekend, with all the videos and instructions on how to do the frame and wiring it should be ok, the thing I found was that the price was the cheapest, with free shipping and great service I really recommend this.
