Only issue I had was I never received an email the order had shipped. So for two business days after I put the order in I thought you guys never shipped the order and I was about call, but the delivery came before I called. Regardless of not receiving a shipping confirmation, you guys are completely awesome!!!

I called 2 days after my order was placed. According to FedEx my order was delivered but it WAS NOT. I call their customer service and she is looking into the tracking of my trailer hitch.

every things fit just fine, the wire fishers for bolts and plates insertion works very well. Good paint thickness and finish.

Very impressed with the product and service. Nice work Hitchweb. One thing to note, however... the YouTube installation videos are done on new vehicles... count on a lot more installation time with an older vehicle. Loosening existing bolts and bolting to existing weldnuts on an older vehicle is much more difficult to deal with.

The hitch was installed in less than 30 minutes and only hangs 2 inches lower than the stock Toyota hitch. The wiring harness was equally as easy with the only difficulty was in how I chose to run the power wire to the battery. Would recommend to anybody.
