I recently ordered a DIY hitch assembly from Hitchweb for my 2018 Chevy Equinox and can't say enough about the superior product quality, service, and price offered by this company! The free shipping was insanely fast and everything was exactly as described and quoted. I will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend this company to anyone! My only critique is that the product description did not clearly specify whether the bolt leaders / pull throughs (used for fishing the mounting bolts through the vehicle frame) were included with the installation hardware. (they were) So I unnecessarily ordered a separate pack of those for an additional $30. It's really not that big a deal and I'll hang on to them for future use, but I could have saved yet another $30 if I had known. Otherwise, outstanding!

Rectangle washer were too big for Forester entry hole. Had to make modifications to entry hole.
