All in all, the purchase was great; the price, the delivery and the quality of the parts. The only issue I have is that the draw bar doesn't fit for my car; after measuring, I would need a 4" raise and the site recommended a 2" drop.

Excellent product that shipped very quickly. Hitch fit perfectly and installation went as expected. Good install instructions included, no surprises. One small problem was the ball mount fit to the receiver. Size of ball mount machined slightly too small. Loose fit in receiver caused a rattle when towing load. Easily repaired with addition of anti-chafe tape on stem of mount. Good quality tow bar.

Hitchweb should be the web shopping experience that online stores are aiming for. Their site is well laid out and easy to put together a working combination of products you need for your application. Their online chat rep gave very accurate information on when to expect my order to arrive once placed. The shipping was extremely quick. I placed my order on a Friday around 10 am. I received my wiring kit on Monday, and the rest of the parts on Wednesday, which is exactly when the online chat rep said. I was originally going to order everything from a local hitch shop as there was not much price difference between the two and I figured I would be safer getting the right parts from the local shop. However, I decided to go with Hitchweb as the local shop said it would take two weeks to get the correct hitch in. Here it is less than a week after placing the order and the hitch and wiring is installed and ready I'm ready to start pulling.

Competitive pricing and fast delivery to Port Elgin Ont. The custom wiring harness on my 2012 Equinox was a breeze to install. The hitch fits perfectly, the two extra M12 bolts were a blessing as the bumper beam also has factory welded nuts installed. As such I did not need the carriage bolts, anchor plates or the fish wire. Ordered the hitch for my audi a4 2014 and it fit perfectly. It took me twice the time estimated but I finally succeded. I'd recommand that you use a lift to lift the back of the car. I didn't have a lift and I was a bit jammed under the car. Also get you car cleaned before doing that. I got a lot of dirt in my face during the installation, it was not verry pleasant. Neertheless fit perfectly and I'm glad with the product.

Shipping address was given but UPS could not find address. Was given work address and delivered package. Very unusual!

The hitch fit awesome no complaints what so ever. The wire harniss was vary easy to instal. The only down side was having to hard wire it to the battery. Other then that grate product and was deliverd to my door extremely fast.
