My hitch arrived in less than 48 hours, which was great. However, the installation video and directions for my product were slightly misleading. It wasn't a true bolt on operation, drilling was required. Also, a vacuum pump had to be removed and re-installed after installing the hitch. The ad says 45-90 minutes for installation. It took me 3 hours and I'm very mechanically inclined as I have experience working on everything from lawn mowers to semi-tractor units. That being said, after few skinned knuckles and some profanity, the hitch is installed and looks like it will do the job.
