Super fast service. The hitch arrived within 2 days of my order. Fit exactly as expected (slight fitment problems with the exhaust hanger on the passenger side - can be filed or drilled). installed it by myself (with some brief help from my wife) in about 2.5 hours. If I were to install it again I could probably get it down below 1 hour. Step 4 of the install guide mentions the M12 bolt on the driver's side; it is actually on the passenger's side. Also removing the valence (takes 4 T20 T25? Torx bolts) makes installation infinitely easier.
