Amazingly fast delivery and a superior product that was surprisingly easy to install with a bit of patience threading the handle nuts. Lives up to its name drawing super tite to the bosom of my Civic, fantastic looking hitch. Slight coating damage in transit that I chose to cover up perfecly and quickly with some gloss black Tremclad, not enough to warrant removing a star. Very pleased with this on-line shopping experience.
