great phone customer service. Have used you before, will again. Hitch receiver arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. Some scrapes etc on the paint, down to the bare metal. Need to find a better way to ensure delivery of items does not come this way. I used touch up paint to cover up the issues, but I should not have to do this on a new product. Item was a CURT receiver.

Very satisfied with my new hitch. Delivery in Canada was very fast 2-1/2 days to my door. I watched a YouTube video first and took about 1 hour to install the hitch by myself. Installation was fairly easy. I just took my time and used 2 jackstands to gradually move the hitch up into position then bolted it on. With an extra person it would have been about 1/2 hour to install. I've not yet done the wiring, but that is a simple harness and looks easy.

Great service at a great price. I was quoted $900 + taxes by the dealer for a hitch with installation. I paid $294 inc taxes and fitted it myself in less than 2 hours..... Oh, and postage was free. The parcel arrived within 3 days !!
