Ordered a hitch carrier on Wednesday night and received the delivery on Friday, amazing service and rapid delivery, very satisfied.

Fantastic cargo hitch, was 64lbs on delivery, all solid steel, took 10mins to assemble, it's quite easy to slide into my hitch mount on my own and this cargo hitch has a little lift which helps greatly with clearance especially when loaded, I drive a Mitsubishi Outlander and it's about the same width as my SUV. Get the rainproof 20cu ft bag, it's huge and so convenient.

I ordered my hitch on Friday and received it via FedEx on the following Tuesday. I had just received the tracking number on Tuesday.. Very easy to assemble. The welds are excellent and very nicely powder coated.. Great looking carrier on the back of my new trailer.

I ordered everything I thought I needed on a Tuesday , and it arrived at my house in the country on Friday. Then I had a question about another item and they gave me a recommendation based on what I had purchased within a couple of hours! Good stuff.

it's what we needed and wanted- gives us freedom with our walkers and adult tricycle. It's has a bit a sway on the hitch and really don't know how to rectify it. Maybe the company can advise us on this issue. It looks good and travels well except for the looseness on the hitch from 1.25" to 2' adapter.

I ordered my items on Saturday and they were at my house on Tuesday and they were the correct items. I couldn't find better prices on the items I ordered either. Very satisfied

The delivery was very quick. Both the 13200 hitch for a Highlander 2016 and the Curt 18152 cargo carrier were delivered in their original box without any damage. The carrier is well made and very easy to assemble. the paint on it is of very good quality. As noted the carrier does not come with a hitch pin so that must be purchased separately. I purchased an anti rattle pin to make sure the carrier stays put in the hitch. The hitch which I have yet to install is painted in a black glossy finish. Welds are clean without weld spatter. It comes with proper instructions and the bolts. Good job Hitch Web
