I bought this rack last year to help with a move we were planning. I am very disappointed with it. I put it on the back of a U-Haul to carrier my bikes from Alberta to BC. On the drive a bunch of the rubber straps broke. The bikes never felt secure, the length of the part that fits into the hitch receiver is too long that the bikes always sway. The pin the lifts to allow the rack to drop down to lift a hatch bent. Overall the price was good but the quality of product wasn't. I will need to upgrade to a different carrier for my next one.

cheaper price than amazon for same product

Good prices and fast shipping. The item was good quality and as described. Only complaint is that the item had some cosmetic damage from shipping, despite what looked like adequate packaging.
