Very satisfied with the service, called to ensure they had the hitch I wanted in stock and was told they did so went online and placed the order. The next morning I got a email saying the hitch was currently out of stock and wouldn’t be expected to be in stock for 9 days at their warehouse but said they had found one through a partner and had it shipped out immediately. The sit was easy to use and the customer service was amazing will defiantly recommend them to others in the future and again for any other hitches I may require

Ordered Friday and received the items Tuesday. I was impressed with the service. The website is easy to navigate and easy to find the items that I need. The only issue was, when I created an account, I thought I could view the status of my order. Hope you can add the "order status" on your website. The kit came within 2 days of ordered and complete, I personally add washers and lock-washer for the installation. For the instruction they are straight forward, for the fishing of the bolts I found it easier to use my own wire from the small hole to the larger one then attach the other piece that came with the kit. I did the install alone but I own a lift, a third hand would have been nice! PS I took picture if U-R interested.
