Super fast service and would buy from them again. My concern is the shipping which could be a problem... No fault of Hitchweb! The box was destroyed in transit and the Fed ex guy left the box at my front door with parts hanging out of the box! Not sure if I have everything I need or I'm missing parts as I won't be installing the hitch until I take delivery of the trailer in a couple of weeks.
