Hitchweb was good. Fast ship, and very helpful once problem arose. Problem was Purolator - declared my shipment "Heavy" only after it had been loaded on final vehicle for delivery, and did not deliver accordingly. Took a week of pressure from Hitchweb and myself to get them to actually go and find the package again (was relegated to some corner...somewhere). When delivered the package was very damaged. I strongly suspect that it was dropped/damaged by 1st round of delivery, and Purolator didn't want to own up to it.
