easy and was able to find product by part number

Very impressed! Called HitchWeb and talked to a Rep in less than a minute. Walked me through selection of my hitch, rails and custom under-box brackets for my F-150. Wrote down the product numbers and went through ordering the parts as Guest and payed. The next day I was getting notifications the products were being shipped. All products arrived in about 5 days. I’m in Thinder Bay Ontario and usually deliveries take longer than these large parts. Very impressed. Price was excellent as well. Full 5 stars for HitchWeb but 2 stars for Purolator for using the same tracking number for 3 seperate packages. One was delivered to door but the 2 heavy pieces stayed at their warehouse and they only had record of one number which had been delivered. After they searched their warehouse twice did they find the actual hitch and rails sitting on a pallet. Picked them up myself so as not to let them lose them again. Not HitchWebs fault. I live in Thunder Bay Ontario so delivery usually takes longer than this.

Hitchweb was very quick to respond to the couple questions I had prior to placing the order. Their prices were the best that I could find in Canada, that along with the free delivery made it an easy decision. I placed my order late on Thursday evening. By Monday Fed Ex was calling me to say the hitch was in Winnipeg and wanting to arrange for delivery on Tues. Was delivered to my home by 9:30...can't ask for any better. The only thing I did not receive, was the email from Fed Ex along with a tracking number that Hitchweb said would come. Not too big of a deal given that Fed Ex called by monday to arrange delivery. Hitch arrived in great condition, well packed, with excellent instructions and went together very easily...anxious to tow with it. Excellent experience with Hitchweb and would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend to others.

Fast delivery and cheap, the tracking number never worked though.

Price was competitive with other sources. Packaging was secure on delivery. Delivery service was very fast. Need more info in producer description regarding required extras
