I placed an order for a hitch for my truck. I ended up ordering a hitch for a long box truck not a short box. I emailed Hitchweb.com letting them know the issue. They immediately went to correct the issue by sending me a prepaid Fedex waybill to send the incorrect item back and ordered the correct item. No issue returning, no restocking fee and they have the FASTEST shipping. Will gladly deal with Hitchweb.com for any and all my trailer needs. Big thumbs up to Chantel Carlson for being such great help. We need more companies like hitchweb.com

I will recommend Hitchweb.com to anyone I know, looking for a hitch. good prices, faster than I figured shipping to my door! why I did not give them 5 star. FedEx delivery person left my new in box hitch, sitting on the steps of my front door.

Installed easily no issues . Well but hitch.Delivered to the door . Does not have trailer plug bracket , but I new that when I purchased the hitch. Maybe one day curt will add . Thanks Ray
