My hitch arrived promptly and was as described. The only problem I had was the wiring kit that popped up as 'frequently purchased with ..' did not fit my vehicle. That's on me for not checking the applications more thoroughly but a tip for other buyers not to assume the pop ups will fit the same vehicle. Overall great service though.

Only available in-stock option for the part I was looking for. Other in stock option was TDOT performance. I tried ordering from them before and had the worst experience ever. Parts never shipped, shipped after I complained on via email and phone, then got a email a week later saying I owed more on the shipping than they had previously charged. TDOT = worst company ever. I thought I'd try you company even though you shipping rates are higher than TDOTs. Also, I'd rather spend more money on shipping with a Canadian company, rather than Amazon or Walmart. Based on your company's reviews, I think everything will work out great.
