My hitch and wire harnes arrived when the customer service rep said it would. I installed the hitch by myself and it took just over an hour .The only tricky part was fishing the rectangular washer and carrage bolt trough the box frame of the car as the washer got stuck on something and it took a while to get it free. A tip for cleaning nuts welded inside the car's sub frame is to use a conial wire brush used to clean copper plumbing fittings prior to soldering. Just spray penatrating fluid in the nut then twist the wire brush inside the nut and they clean up great Overall was easier to install by myself than I thought it would be
