After ordering the same Curt hitch on Amazon and getting a used and highly damaged hitch, I looked for an alternative for $10 more I got the same hitch (new in box) from hitchweb. Delivery was within 2 days of the order. Everything was there and it was not damaged. Overall I highly recommend hitchweb, if I was to purchase another hitch I'd order from here.

Hitchweb's price was competitive and shipping was quick. Five stars for that. Deduct one star for poor product wrapping. My Curt hitch arrived largely exposed, covered in scratches and a couple of nasty paint chips down to bare metal. All hidden areas, but still, disappointing on such a nicely-finished product. One product-related comment: When one of the mounting bolts stripped under light torque during installation, Curt was quick to respond but said that I'd have to source a replacement on my own. Not the end of the world if I have to drive down to the hardware store and spend a couple of bucks, but it would have been even easier for Curt to simply drop a bolt in the mail.
