Prompt service - When I ordered my hitch it arrived within the week and I was eager to install it. Unfortunately it wasn't exactly the right dimensions to fit my vehicle. From side to side it was a half inch out, which matters when there is little room to manouvre. Though it took a while, I was instructed to try and bend the hitch to fit by prying the flange under my vehicle. This method, though annoying, eventually worked. To compensate for my issues I received a free t adapter wiring harness.

I like their website especially the check out page. Easiest one I have ever used. Ordered the hitch on Saturday July 4th and received it on Thursday July 9th. With the holiday weekend, I'm quite please with the shipping speed.
