Search for trailer hitch for 2025 Subaru Crosstrek yielded no results on your site. Had to look at Curt site to get model number, then search for that on your site. Once I did that, your site showed that the hitch DOES work on my car. However, your customer service contacted me to say that it did not and that my Canadian submodel of the car, an 'Onyx,' does not exist in their clearly American database. I suggested they contact Curt to sort this out, but they just gave me the phone number and left it to me to do. I tried calling, but could not determine the right person in the phone tree to speak to. Eventually, I just did more online research with OTHER hitch suppliers to confirm the right hitch model. I did not receive any confirmation of shipping of the hitch and was surprised to find it on my doorstep one day. Because it's shipped bare, it's prone to sratching. So, after installing it, I had to touch up the chipped paint in a few places. All in all, not a terrible experience - the price was good - but more work on my part than expected.

There was a shipping label mix up but we attribute more to Purolator than Hitchweb. All our interactions with your company have been excellent. Much better experience than with Amazon.

Perfect fit on my 2021 crosstrek. Happy with my purchase!

I purchase this hitch for a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. Shipping was quick but the forward spacers aren't long enough and spin inside the frame when I try to torque the bolts. I've been trying to get longer or offset spacers for months and still haven't been able to use this hitch. Hitchweb directs me to Curt, Curt says they've been shipped but I'll have to keep waiting because there's no way to track shipment (covid delays, supply shortages, etc). Just a warning if you're buying for a Subaru Crosstrek! I've been dealing with this since April 5th and still cannot use the hitch with no end in sight. I'm hoping this review will expedite the replacement part...

Very good overall. The website was easy to use, good price and quick delivery. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was that the hitch was shipped without any protective packaging, etc and the nice, durable protective coating provided by the hitch manufacturer was damaged in a number of places. The last hitch I purchased from this manufacturer was in person from an actual store and the paint was in perfect condition from the manufacturer. I touched up the damaged areas but nothing comes close to the manufacturer's excellent paint system and premature corrosion is unfortunately inevitable. Hopefully most of it will be under the vehicle and not that obvious.

I'm happy with Hitchweb's service but disappointed that I have been unable to use the hitch I bought. Markham Subaru will not install it without my signing a waiver. If I'd known installation of the hitch would be viewed so dimly, I probably would not have purchased it.

all is good except for one thing, packaging, because the hitch itself was sticking out of the box, even with a heavy gage cardboard. I'm glad you taped the accessories to the hitch so it couldn't be separated. courrier services are not the most gentle All
