The website was great! It let me choose my vehicle and chose the right hitch. However, when it came time to payment, there were a couple small issues that made it frustrating. I would recommend, but with that caveat

great phone customer service. Have used you before, will again. Hitch receiver arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. Some scrapes etc on the paint, down to the bare metal. Need to find a better way to ensure delivery of items does not come this way. I used touch up paint to cover up the issues, but I should not have to do this on a new product. Item was a CURT receiver.

The hitch fit well, no issues! The website should be updated with better estimates for install time. The instructions said 40 min for a novice. I am far from a novice, and it took me about 1:20 to install this hitch. Most of that time being removal and re-installation of the factory trim on my van. Extremely fast shipping, however, FedEx refused to wait for a signature, even when I asked to sign for it.
