Ordering process was good. and Hitch arrived within a few days. Went to install Hitch on the weekend and discovered that one of the mounting brackets was bent on the side, either from shipping damage or from factory. The mounting holes would not line up. Used a long pry bar to bend back into position, and installation went fine from then on. Not really a big deal, but would have preferred for the hitch to show up ready to install and have all the holes line up.

Sales and service were great. However, be careful with this product as it is not a true class 3 hitch. It only has a tongue weight capacity of 400 pounds (which is not standard for class 3). This is a terrible fact I realized when I tried to attach my 3000 pound trailer.

I was looking to start towing with my vehicle. I was amazed at the prices with local retailers such as Canadian tire. I decided to look online and I stumbled across HitchWeb. The website was easy, matched the proper hitch receiver to year make and model. It also recommended the proper ball mount as well. I added the wiring harness and the ball that I needed. The hitch arrived several days sooner than expected, fit perfectly, and works great. I strongly recommend referring to Youtube for a 5-10 minute video on mounting (depending upon your vehicle type). I managed to shear off one of the factory bolts when trying to remove them from my minivan but I am resetting it - I expect the issue was from corrosion on an 8-year old vehicle (stuff happens). Good hitch, easy to install.

WOW, Quick, easy and painless. Not only did I save hours of time not having to drive around to find what I needed it was waaaay cheaper. I had the unit before I even got the tracking notice. I also ordered the wiring harness, thinking Hey! It doesn't have a hitch, so I must need the harness too, right? Wrong!. Hopefully I can return it, but my bad if I cant. Would still order from them in the future.

Great Experience. Ordered class 2 hitch and wiring harness for a '17 Dodge Caravan. Everything was delivered in 48 hrs to the door. Install instructions were very clear and acurate. Hitch install was managable by myself but a buddy would have made things easier as the hitch has some weight to it. Don't be lazy just drop the muffle like they suggest. The wiring harness had just enough lenght to get the job done - not much room for error. I highly recommend picking up 20' of 1/2" corrogated wire protector to ensure the wires dont rub and wear through the insulation. Bring extra tie wraps to secure the lead going to the battery too. I might have over did it but it didnt want to risk the wire sagging or snagging and the kit only had about 10 ties.

I ordered a Curt Hitch and wiring for my daughter's 2015 Grand Caravan in Slave Lake. It was ordered on a Thursday and we were told it should arrive from Edmonton the following Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. It actually arrived in one day on the Friday. What excellent service.

Got our orders in exactly 4 business days, including the ordered date. The hitch brand we ordered was Curtis. Price is right and looks great! Can't wait to put it on our van. One thing we want to mention is that the cardboard box came with it was ripped because of the hitch knob punctured a hole through the box somehow. The FedEx deliveryman probably didn't read the "This side up" instruction on the box.

Hitch fit perfectly, wiring was another thing. The hitch bolted right up, existing bolts too! Super easy. I also purchased a wiring kit that had connectors that clipped inline next to the bulb. The kit fit perfectly except one oversight. To reach the control box the wires need to run through a very small rubber grommet and on my particular vehicle, I also needed to drill a hole through one of the metal panels on each side. It is not possible to feed the nice connectors through the holes so I ended up cutting the wire, routing it through the holes then splicing it back together. In the end it works perfect, just be prepared to cut and splice the wire.

I was quoted over $650 to install a hitch on my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. I found your site online and ordered the hitch through the easy to use website. The hitch arrived a couple of days later and it took me an hour to install. Great quality product and excellent, speedy service. Highly recommended!

I live in Rimouski QC, 350 miles east of Montreal and everything is usually more expensive around here, mainly due to transport, they say... . It wasn't different last month, when I shop around for a hitch for my Dodge Caravan 2011. As usual, the worst price was at the Dodge dealer so, with the best found price in mind, I looked up Google for a Canadian online hitch store. That is how I found the Hitchweb.com site. A few "clicks" later, I had purchased the hitch and the electrical wiring for a $100. less then I would have pay if bought in Rimouski. Online payment was simple and seconds later, I had a recipe and follow up number for UPS in my mail. 4 days later, the hitch was deliver to me, free of transport and I install it the same day. I ordered the trailer hitch and it came within days. The part was delivered by driver to my house garage to ensure it did not cause any damage. Installation required help from service centre (low cost, super quick) as I did not have correct tools at home. No problems using the hitch.

WOW! That's really all I have to say about my experience in dealing with this company. As a first time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Once I placed my order, I received an email the next day advising they were out of stock and asking how I wanted to deal with this. Did I want the one part available now or did I want to wait for both items? Or did I want to change to a different item? I thought "oh, great, here we go"! But I thought, ok, I'll wait for both items and have them shipped together. The next morning before I even opened my emails for the day, there was my new carrier &a hitch outside my garage door! When I did read my emails Hitchweb had sent me a note to say that the item had come in early and had been shipped to me. All of this took 4, four days!! Service extraordinaire!! As for the product? I checked around the internet for prices on a hitch for a Town and Country van. Hitchweb had the best price and promised 1-3 day delivery. It arrived within 2 days exactly as described. Good experience.

Product came earlier than expected, including getting the tools out and putting the car on ramps it took me 35 minutes to install. Only slight downside was slight damage to the paint due to lack of packaging.

I purchased a hitch and vehicle specific wiring from this site. After the purchase I found the same wiring harness on another site for less. I then e-mailed Hitchweb's customer service if I could price match (knowing full well that there price match policy was only available before purchase).
