There was a sale on this hitch that was valid until Aug 31/23. At the time of purchasing this hitch it is August 31/23 9:40 pm PST. but the sale is no longer accessible on the website. Am I able to get a credit for the difference that was advertised in the sale?

Hitch came fast but part of it was sticking out of the box - it had ripped through the cardboard at some point during shipping. Have not yet installed it but hoping there is no damage (bent).

The ordering and checkout process was painless...if only all online businesses had a similar easy process My ONLY issue was one of the concave toothed lock washers was missing. You did give me an extra Bolt though! So, I had to wait in pandemic lines at two stores to find one 30 cent washer. However, the hitch is installed and our bike rack on so in the end we are happy. Great hitch. Great service.

Hitchweb is great. Second hitch from the. Only issue was the wiring harness needed some adjustments. The line to the drivers side lights was about 10 inches too short. Supplier issue not hitchweb.com. Thanks I'll recommend you to friends.

Absolutely the quickest and most communicative company I have dealt with ever! Was ordered on a Sunday evening, one hour later advised of the order in process, Monday morning advised of it being prepared for shipment, Tuesday advised of the carrier particulars and Wednesday noon it was delivered.....to my RURAL address.
