I placed an order on Friday, August 31, 2018 and received an e-mail on Tuesday morning (Monday being Labour Day) advising one of the items was on back order with a substitute suggested if I did not wish to wait. I selected the substitute, finalizing the order on the Tuesday afternoon. The next day the hitch arrived in the afternoon. Not sure how you beat this for service. Excellent on all accounts.
