Your job is to ensure you have specified the EXACT vehicle you need the hitch for. Hitchweb's job is to supply a quality product that fits. They did. The CURT hitch arrived 4 days from order, fitted perfectly, instructions clear and simple. NOTE: I have installed both CURT and DRAW-TITE hitches on several SUV's and find the Draw-Tite sets the outlet lower down. This may work for some, but I prefer the outlet to be higher, up closer to the bumper. (neater and keeps my bike racks higher from the road)
