Could make the website a bit better once a vehicle is selected that other usual accessories also are filtered: ie don't have to go through the process for the wiring harness after selecting the hitch.

My experience with Hitchweb has always been positive and there has never been a problem with any of my orders (solid 4 stars - I rarely give out 5 stars for anything). My only criticism is that the website could benefit from more thorough descriptions of components. Currently, there is a bit of guess work involved in selecting some of the parts due to vague or insufficient description or specs. Otherwise, a great company - and a bonus that it is Canadian! Ordered the hitch for my vehicle and delivery was suppose to be delivered 2-4 business days. The hitch showed up 3 days later. Very happy! Installation was a breeze(two people required to install) wiring was easy and it fit great! Very satisfied.

Wow. $100 cheaper than Canadian tire and was delivered in two days. Quality is excellent.

Came as advertised. All parts within 3 days. Installation was a walk in the park, with a beer in your hand. Hitch, mount, 7pt harness well under any other price point. Ease of installation was so smooth, costs were not an issue.

Delivery was very fast, like 2 days after I ordered. The trailer hitch fit perfectly, all 6 holes lined up exactly and the 6 bolts with washers fit the threaded holes in the truck perfectly!!! Very pleased!!

Good products and fast delivery .PS the vehicle-to-trailer connector does not say (no bracket included) . So I have to look for one / make one / or do with out .

Excellent product. From start to finish I had it installed in less than thirty minutes. That was on the ground, using a floor jack to support it in place, in my driveway, with hand tools. Everything lined up properly, the bolts installed easily, I was able to fine tune the center placement with no hassle and torqued to specs. It looks really clean on the truck.

The service and the trailer hitch was excellent it arrived in two days after I ordered it.
