I ordered the hitch and it was here in a day. Very prompt service and the hitch was easy to install. The only thing I didn't like was the fact it did not have a mount for the trailer plug.

If I were Hitchweb I wouldn't use Purolator again as a delivery carrier. The service was terrible. It arrives 4 days later than the estimated date. The worst part was when I drove for second time to their location and they didn't know where the package was. I know that the fault was on Purolator but at the end my customer rated me poorly, because of you. I would like a letter from you explaining the situation, so I can explain my customer.

Hitch arrived sooner than expected with no damage. The price was a little cheaper than Canadian Tire so I'm totally satisfied.

The delivery was very quick. Both the 13200 hitch for a Highlander 2016 and the Curt 18152 cargo carrier were delivered in their original box without any damage. The carrier is well made and very easy to assemble. the paint on it is of very good quality. As noted the carrier does not come with a hitch pin so that must be purchased separately. I purchased an anti rattle pin to make sure the carrier stays put in the hitch. The hitch which I have yet to install is painted in a black glossy finish. Welds are clean without weld spatter. It comes with proper instructions and the bolts. Good job Hitch Web
