I purchased the Curt hitch for a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL. It for perfect. I've never installed a hitch before. It took me about 30 minutes once I figured out what I was doing. The install instructions are fine. You need a torque wrench if you want to do it right. You also need a second person to keep the hitch lifted when attaching the bolts. But once you get it done, it looks OEM! Delivery was very quick. Just 2 days. Honestly, I buy so much from the big website site (you know which one) that I forgot how awesome smaller businesses can be. The experience was as good, selection was better and price the best. I also bought a bike rack and lock. Amazing experience!!!

Ordered a hitch for my santa fe xl. They shipped and I had it in 2 days. ( very fast) only thing is they shipped the wrong santa fe hitch. Informed them of the mix up and they shipped the right hitch again in 2 days and the return paperwork for the other hitch. Overall they did pretty good and no problems getting the error fixed. The proper hitch fit perfectly and easily with one person.

Hi, We purchase online a curt class 3 trailer hitch with pre-wired wiring harness and tongue and 3/8 inch ball for our 2015 Santa FE XL. The next day I received a email from them wanting to confirm the order as the wiring harness I requested was not in the same warehouse and they wanted to confirm I had the prewiring to provide us with another option. I also had not realized that the tongue and ball combo we originally ordered was the wrong size for our boat and was a fixed ball. The customer rep provided me with the option to change to the non-fixed tongue with a 2" ball no extra charge. This was a couple emails back and forth with quick responses thru out the same day. We had our delivery on our porch the next day. Wow.... That Saturday we installed the hitch and wiring harness had no issues. Trailer hitch and wiring for 2014 Santa Fe XL Purchase was easy, ordered trailer hitch and custom wiring on a Monday night, package arrived on Wednesday. Box was damage, and I emailed Hitchweb and explained, except for some scratches all look okay, and they told me that if I have any issues to contact them and they will resolve. When I unpacked the wiring harness it was a different one to the one I ordered (ordered a Curt harness) but had a Tow ready delivered. I fitted the trailer hitch, took a little longer as my borrowed torque wrench was a long one and without the car off the ground I was limited in trying to torque the side bolts. Reversed onto two 2 x 8's blanks of wood I had and problem solved, enough height to use the wrench properly. Wiring took a little longer, no place to cleanly stick the converter, so had to use the self tapping screw that did not want to self tap, so had to drill a pilot hole, which was difficult due to the room, but my Dremel came to the rescue with it's flexible drill attachment. I was careful running the wiring as the XL has an exhaust each side, so had to keep the wiring away from any heat, however run above the exhaust cover that's more for show, which worked out fine. All tested and I'm well pleased with the result, even though it took longer than I expected. Wiring harness instructions were old, it did not show my vehicle, but there are plenty of video's on the Web to help. I would recommend Hitchweb, and I would buy from them again.

I ordered the wrong part not paying attention to what I had purchased, It did not match the rest of the items I had purchased and they caught it. Most company's would just ship but these guys just wanted to be sure that it was correct. If they didn't I would of received the wrong part, thank you hitch web.
