A lot of people talk about customer service and team building etc (I am in the business) but realistically few really know how to build a team that delivers at a high level. These guys know what they are doing and deliver the goods. It is a pleasure doing business with them. Price is good, service is even better.

Arrived in two days off o Alberta which was very quick. Installation was simple, you do not need to be much of a handy man to do this yourself. Installed onto a 2014 Honda CRV in about 90 May notes but I had a lot of interruptions and distractions so could have done it in 60 minutes. Would definitely buy from you again

The hitch arrived via FedEx within 3 business days as promised. We installed it today after watching video. Taking down the plastic cover to cut the piece out was a bit of a pain and then we watched a different video which told you just to cut through it without taking it down which I think may have worked out ok too. Seems like a very good heavy duty hitch and we would rate it highly so far. 1 negative thing is that I paid 198.98 a week ago and today I see they are prices at 189.89. Oh well

I ordered a hitch and a wiring kit and both were delivered within a couple of days. The quality of both products was excellent and the instructions that were included were the best I have seen and even included colour photos! I would certainlyrecommend Hitchweb!
