Fine. The package arrived with a few marks on it, but it's going underneath the vehicle, and I expect it will perform well. The instructions for installation were clear and easy to follow; however, the installation is ideally handled by two people. I recommend adding a note to that effect.

Hitch was easy to install, took a little longer than I thought it would but I was working on the ground so it was a little tight under the van. It is definitely a two person install. I had my 11 year old son helping me and we were able to do it easily. It is nicely hidden under the van and doesn't stick out at all. Overall an easy install on my 2013 Toyota Sienna.
