Never experienced great service like the one I received from Hitchweb. I placed the order and received it at my door only days later.The site is extremely easy to navigate and find what hitch would accommodate my vehicle. Came with ALL I needed, simple to install, great price and in Canadian dollars to boot. Nice to know exactly what your paying and that if you need service they are only a phone call away. Great company to deal with. I chose to info. online, and purchase by phone. No problem. Fast shipping. The weight specs. are off. "Diamentional weight" (shipping weight) for the Curt product is only 2-3 lbs. more than the actual hitch weight. (Wrapping/bolts). I did my own install, went smoothly except 1 bolt to unibody frame mount. Even though all bolts were loose, one slotted mount on hitch was just off by 1/64''. Came close to having to use die grinder to "slot" another .030-.060 but in the end with prying was able to get last mount bolt to start without cross threading. I'm a Red Seal Journeyman, but anyone with just above basic mechanical skills and good common sense, and proper tools/safety skills could handle this install. Nice to see Can.$$ Thanks hitchweb.
