Excellent service. I ordered late Friday afternoon a Curt hitch for my Kia Sportage 2017 to carry bicycles. It was delivered to my home on Tuesday morning. I was very impressed. Great service, great product. Much appreciated, thank you.

Ordered Friday morning and got the hitch Monday morning. That is super fast. Chat with one person online before purchase and got every details required for my new Sportage. Today installation went very smooth by dealership. Just an awesome experience.

Everything worked pretty well with my Hitchweb order. The hitch price was competitive and it arrived within a week. The hitch finish was a little banged up when it arrived, which was a little disappointing, however, when I called hitchweb they told me to buy some automotive touch up paint and they paid for the paint--this worked fine for me and I was pleased that the company wanted to try to make it right.

Excellent experience!!! Hitchweb's web site was easy to navigate and order my hitch and wire harness. It also took me very little time to search and find that they didn't sell a small part that I wanted, so when I ordered I left them a note in the bottom comment section asking if I had missed it and would they please notify me if I could get the part. They didn't notify me, they just added the part to my delivery at no extra cost!!! Now that's Old School service. Everything arrived on time, and everything was in good condition. Thank you very much for the easy and pleasant experience.

Ordered what I needed, saw a mistake on my receipt, called and the issue was fixed without delaying delivery! I had an issue with the instructions but called customer service and the help line sorted it out. All good, all great! Highly recommend Hitchweb to anyone.
