Easy transaction and hitch dispatched quickly. However, and this isn’t Hitchwebs fault, but the courier delivered the hitch to the wrong address and even obtained a signature for it. I only knew this from checking the package tracking. This lead to a delay of 3 days whilst they found the package and delivered it to the correct address.

Received in a solid cardboard box and in a short time. Installed in 20 minutes with easy instructions. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Unfortunately the hitch that I had ordered for my RAV 4 2013 Limited, AWD does not fit for my vehical, CURT hitches are not up to date on this one. The bolt holes do not match except for those close to the bumper, one on each side, the forward bolt holes, well they are not there in the frame for this model. very disappointed. I asked for a refund after the return is completed.
