Ordered a Curt hitch and wiring for my 2013 Sienna, and it arrived a few days later, no problem. On a slightly down note, the hitch was found to have a couple of small scuffed areas that revealed poor paint adhesion (powdercoat) in a few spots. Rather than the hassle of making a claim or returning the hitch, I just sanded the areas down, and applied some rust paint. I don't regard this as a problem with Hitchweb, but something in Curt's processes that others may want to watch for.
