I purchased Curt hitch and Tekonsha Electrical trailer module. Received both items in a timely manner. During the installation (a couple of days after receiving items), I noticed that trailer electrical module was not professionally packed, there were parts missing and there are hand written notes in the installation instructions. I opened a ticket with Hitchweb representative to resolve the issue on June 4. I was told that Hitchweb is reaching to the manufacturer to resolve this issue. Not sure why is manufacturer involved in this. It appears that someone returned the item with parts missing and it went back on the shelf to be sold to the next customer. Customer support representative is very nice and professional. I'm hoping for a quick resolution as I can't use a trailer right now.

I have purchased three hitches and completed Installation on my own with no issues.

It fitted perfectly and worked very well. The harness should have come with a fuse holder. Otherwise very happy ??

hitch went on perfect fit, love it. wiring was good , constant power to unit for memory has me concerned, as long as it doe nor discharge my battery when sitting for long periods. overall very good products.
