Ordered Curt Class 3 Hitch and wiring harness for new 2017 Rav 4. About $1100 less than the Toyota dealer wanted and took me about 2-1/2 hours so I guess I made about $400 / hour. The hitch came Friday after ordering on Tuesday so I was on the water by the weekend. Great products and Great service. I highly recommend Hitchweb for your towing equipment needs. PS.. dont forget to order the pin for the receiver, had to run to Canadian Tire ---- no biggie though.

Overall Excellent experience. Was easy to find what I needed on the website and ordering process was great. The only thing that was missing for me was a way to monitor my order progress. Usually on when I order on websites I have a way of checking the order status to see if it's being processed, shipping, or on hold for stock. All this info is nice to have access to as a customer without having to call in. That was a minor thing that I thought could improve the whole experience. But other then that 100% great experience. Items shipped out after a few days only and they were delivered to my home in ottawa the next day.
