The wiring kit that came with the hitch I ordered was not in stock at a particular warehouse. The staff notified me immediately. They also found an alternative kit that would still work with my vehicle so that my order could be shipped out together. I love that they went above and beyond!

I ordered hitch receivers and harnesses for two vehicles, and received all the parts within a few days, exactly as ordered. The products were excellent quality and a great value.

The lighting module I purchased was as advertised and arrived when it was supposed to. Packaging was appropriate. Intallaton was super simple for anyone that knows what a torx driver is. Shipping added a bit to the cost, so I cam out a few dollars higher than local retail, BUT local retail could not seem to get what I wanted, even though they had a price, no availability and seemed no ability to get it. Thus, Hitchweb was much more responsive. This is the third module on my vehicle, and the second of this brand, towready. They last about a year, then die. Not sure why, but this is very common for light modules. Selected this module because it had the lowest incidents of dieing in the reviews. Right now is operating perfectly.
