It was easy to maneuver on their website to find what I was looking for, and then place the order. I considered buying locally because we were going to the cottage within a week and needed the hitch on our vehicle, but decided to buy from Hitchweb. They delivered as promised...and as ordered! I installed the hitch and wiring kit and am ready to go.

The instruction of install for trailer very clear and so easy, also did not take much time to do the wire connection. The service and the communication was excellent. I will absoluly buy parts from this company for my next vehicle .

Killer Service - Part I needed wasn't in the local warehouse in order to expedite delivery. Customer service subbed a better part at no extra charge. Ordered on Thursday was delivered on Monday morning. Great service!
