Ordered hitch and wiring harness for a 2015 Jetta sedan. Unfortunately, the hitch was out of stock but I was notified immediately. I opted to have them send the wiring harness and buy the hitch elsewhere. They credited my credit card for the price difference and sent the wiring out very quickly. Very good service and I hope to do business with them again.
