Ordering online was simple, price was competitive and the hitch came fast by courier - within 3 days. I liked that the item was shipped from Canada, so there was no customs or duties hassle. Only issue was with the Curt hitch, which in general is a high quality item. Paint chipped off the face of the receiver setting it gently down on the driveway, and I would've expected the paint finish on it to be a little tougher than that.
