I called 2 days after my order was placed. According to FedEx my order was delivered but it WAS NOT. I call their customer service and she is looking into the tracking of my trailer hitch.

It was easy to find the parts for my specific car on their web site. Everything arrived in 2 days. Shipping was free despite the large box. I would never buy this stuff from a store when it's so easy this way.

Excellent service and excellent delivery of the hitch, however there is no Reese with hitch which I find odd, all hitches that I have purchases in the past always came with the Reese. Definitely would purchase there again .but would make sure that the Reese is included..
