Overall it was a good experience. It would have been nice if your site had the correct photo's as that threw me for a loop to start. Also adding an option for expedited next day delivery would have been nice.

very friendly over the phone service however they sent me the wrong camper tie downs. I had purchased torklift frame mounted brackets and asked for a set of tie downs to go with it. I was sent a set for bumper and truck box mounts only. I did contact them and a return was promptly handled I'm hoping I don't get stuck with the 20% reshaping fee. They have resent the correct ones.

I ordered some pretty heavy trailer hitch items on Sunday afternoon and they arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I received a tracking number from FedEx that showed that I would receive my items on Wednesday but FedEx beat that estimate by a whole day. The pricing from hitchweb.com was the best that I could find on-line or from local retailers. I would highly recommend hitchweb,com and would certainly use hitchweb.com again.
