We had a good experience getting the help to get the right parts the person seemed very knowledgeable. The Courier was a little frustrating. We have not opened all the boxes as of yet so a true inventory of all parts ordered we assume are here.

I was at first disappointed that you didn't have in stock in Canada what I required, but I was offered 1 week availablity if I paid the freight charges. I thought about it, decided to go for it, and was very pleasantly surprised that all of the order was found in Canada and would be shipped within 5 working days without any additional freight charges, and received all within 4 days. Your staff went the extra mile. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend Hitchweb to anyone needing the products you offer.

Price was on par with another online hitch store, but Hitchweb could ship a Torklift Superhitch from Canada with free shipping. The other company shipped from USA so huge trucking fee plus duty and other taxes. Made it a no brainer. Now I need some truck camper turnbuckles but they don't have the colour I want so I may have to order from the other guys, but I will call Hitchweb before I make that decision.
