Very good, I did not expect to get them so quickly with manufacturing issues these days. I was going to contact them as I am missing 4 small items, the stickers that show direction of pull on the receivers so you don't forget. Regards, Peter

Hitchweb was in constant e-mail contact, advising on the status of my order. Delivery was timely.

Best price I could find. Hitchweb was constantly sending e-mail updates throughout the quick delivery process. Couldn't be happier with the install. Front tie-downs installed with currently drilled holes. Written steps for install were detailed and easy to follow. Rear tie downs required removal of 3 existing bolts for the bumper, which were reinstalled with one additional supplied bolt using a pre-drilled hole. Everything was in the kit needed to install, other than some wrenches, a ratchet set and penetrating oil which aided in the removal of the bumper bolts.

I was happy when three of four items arrived within a few days from BC. Unfortunately, the fourth item shipped from Ontario and has still not arrived which has delayed my planned pick up of the truck camper that we are purchasing by a week.

Called Hitchweb at 3:21pm and spoke to a friendly and very helpful lady about Torque Lift camper tie down systems. In short order we determined what items I needed and confirmed availability. The sales person assured me that the items would ship ASAP. At 9:21 AM the next morning a courier delivered the Torque Lift Kit to my home. In less than 24 hrs from the time I placed the order the Torque Lifts were installed on my vehicle. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and products supplied by this company.
