Great Product. This item was 'out-of-stock' when I ordered it. Hitchweb was in constant e-mail contact every step of the speedy delivery process. This front Tie-down was easily installed on my Ram 3500. All parts needed for installation were supplied, I just needed 2 wrenches and a ratchet (a torque wrench is preferred for 60 ft-lbs tightening). Instructions were detailed, a bit intimidating for a first time installer, but relatively easy when you follow step by step.

Really quick service!

Called Hitchweb at 3:21pm and spoke to a friendly and very helpful lady about Torque Lift camper tie down systems. In short order we determined what items I needed and confirmed availability. The sales person assured me that the items would ship ASAP. At 9:21 AM the next morning a courier delivered the Torque Lift Kit to my home. In less than 24 hrs from the time I placed the order the Torque Lifts were installed on my vehicle. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and products supplied by this company.

Part arrived within 5 days. Staff very helpful.
